When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and standard delivery within Canada generally takes another 4–6 business days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective products must be new and unused. Please obtain approval before mailing a return.
Are returns free?
Yes. Use the free prepaid return label included in your package. We do not charge a restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days after receipt and inspection. Financial institutions may take additional time to post funds.
