30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. We accept eligible returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Non-defective products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

Contact emotohoto42@gmail.com before mailing an item. Returns must be approved first and sent by mail using the free prepaid return label included in the package. No restocking fee is charged.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate return or exchange solution.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
